4. How to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive?
The route to qualifying as a legal executive is flexible and suitable for individuals in any stage of their career. There are no formal entry requirements to the CILEx route. CILEx recommends having some sort of qualification such as any degree, 4 GCSEs, or a Level 2 Intermidiate Legal Admin Apprenticeship. You will undergo two stages of training and work experience before qualifying. The qualifications can be spread out over a long period of time providing flexibility for those who have other commitments. Those with a qualifying law degree or GDL can be fast tracked.
